Mrs. Carmen Maria Welch, age 67, of Duluth, GA died Thursday, March 3, 2022 at her residence. Mrs. Welch was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Pedro and Ada Lugo Custodio. She was a retired LPN. Mrs. Welch is survived by her husband, David Franklin Welch of Duluth; children, Alex Welch and Piper Caitlin Welch both of Duluth; sister, Myrna McClure of TX; brothers, Carlos Custodio and David Custodio both of Brooklyn, NY. Funeral services will be at 1 PM, Tuesday, March 8 graveside at Jackson Memorial Park. Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
