Mrs. Corrine B. “Nancy” Hughes, age 86, of Jefferson, GA died Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Gainesville. Mrs. Hughes was born in Doyle, TN to the late Hugh and Effie Taylor Black. She was a member of the Baptist faith and owner of The Land Arm Restaurant. Mrs. Hughes is survived by her husband, Richard W. Hughes of Jefferson; son, Dennis Bagwell of Pendergrass; daughter, Melody Savio of Savannah; brother, Bill Black of Deer Lodge, TN; sister, Patti DeBusk of Cleveland, TN; and 2 grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1 PM, Thursday, December 17 graveside at Evans Memory Gardens with Mr. Tim Cummings officiating. Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
