Mrs. Ruth Pauline Blalock

Mrs. Ruth Pauline Blalock, age 91, of Maysville, GA died Friday, January 21, 2022 at her residence. Mrs. Blalock was born in Vanna, GA to the late Early E. Lee and Mamie Viola Winn Mason. She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church and was retired from Jay’s Department Store. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Blalock was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Burren Blalock. Mrs. Blalock is survived by her son, Ricky Blalock of Commerce; daughters, Teresa Morris and Wanda Beck both of Maysville; 5 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Sunday, January 23 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Manus officiating. Interment will follow in Jackson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 1 to 2 PM. Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
